Crestone Colorado is a gem of a location; a vortex of powerful geographic and communal forces.  It is one of the very best places in North America for meditation practice as the water, air, land, sky, and intentional energy are pure, intense, and transformative.  Crestone is a potent home to multiple spiritual communities, progressive architectural design, and ecologically sound projects.  The Great Sand Dunes, mountain peaks, and several natural hot springs are nearby.

This retreat will be held over Labor Day weekend in the protection of the embracing Sangre De Cristo mountains and the largest alpine valley in the country.   We will engage many elements of deeper practice together including rich and mindful asana, pranayama, meditation, dharma talks, noble silence, chanting, and soulful communication with the natural world of the vast San Luis Valley.

There will be nourishing vegetarian meals, savored slowly and in Noble Silence.  Accommodations are of two different types, depending on your budget.  Your intentions on this retreat will be accelerated many-fold by the power of this remarkable place.
